Best shrimp and mixed ceviche from any store in Bakersfield. Way better and fresher than Vallarta. It’s our go to at least two or three times a month and for every party we attend.

The absolute best shrimp and fish ceviche in town. Super refreshing and mouthwatering. It's perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of lemon, onion, cilantro etc. Nothing overpowers the other flavors. Good salsas and carnitas too

We wanted carne asada and some other items. Walked at 6:50pm and they said they were closed when the signs says 7pm. Their excuse was they washed everything up already, we walked out at 6:53pm (owner, if you reading this, check cameras) and they turned the door sign behind us from open to closed..7 min before closing time.

Ive gone to many markets in town for asada, chicken, and salsa and have found the 1 place to go for all. I am absolutely addicted to la chuleta and will never go anywhere else for what i need. My wife is picky with her cocktail and said she loved theirs.

One of the best pescado ceviche in town. Meat is always delicious and will pay the extra $1-$2 per lb for it. Best place to get meat.
