I would like to commend the manager of the Santa Ana store, Roder. He has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. I had a last-minute request and asked for a specific meat cut, and he exceeded my expectations! He not only agreed to do it without delay, but also cut a sample first and ensured that I was pleased with the result. Roder's enthusiasm and customer service ensure repeat visits. Staff was really friendly. I bought some prime rib eye and it was some of the best I’ve had. Very tender and a whole lot of marbling. The michi mix is pretty good and so is the nut mix. I haven’t tried the salsa they offer yet but I’ll update once I try it.

Restaurant is clean and very well displayed. I love its modern look to it. Picked up a VIP tray for a welcome back home celebration from my husband’s deployment and he loved it! Meat was well seasoned and super juicy. Definitely recommend their VIP trays for any get together/parties
