EDIT: After bringing in the hose and describing the problem they replaced the fluid that was lost. So I appreciate their willingness to try to make things right.

This is the second time that we have had a hydraulic hose re-made by them, and the second time it has failed due to incorrect installation of the ends.

We also brought in our RTV after it overheated under warranty. After a handful of excuses we finally got it back after FOUR WEEKS with nothing more than a "it's out back."

They are the best New Holland and can-am dealers in town.
