Oh my goodness! Wonderful place! Lovely woman at the counter, was very patient while we decided what flavors we would like. Of course we had to eat the warm one hot off the belt first, everything was fresh, very clean! Hope to make it a regular stop on our travels!

Krispy Kreme Dothan Al got hot light on and they still gave me cold doughnuts. Not to mention I ordered 4 and only 3 was in my bag. Went back around to drive thru and told the guy at window. He was rude and I mentioned they gave me 3 when I ordered 4 and they were also cold. He took the back and stated he would correct my order and also give me hot doughnuts. Still ended up with 4 cold doughnuts. I’m mad because I love Krispy Kreme but this morning they were rude and unprofessional. Why have hot light on if they’re still going to serve cold doughnuts

2xs now I have requested a dozen donuts, all glazed except for 2 NO glaze only chocolate. Every time they put the chocolate over the glaze on those 2 🤦🏻‍♀️ I always let it go because we live out of town and use drive-thru as we are heading back home and it's not worth getting back in line after pulling onto main road.
This time, we went after my sons oral surgery Monday and that's the one thing he wanted in the mix of a stressful situation. I stated twice chocolate NO glaze. It looks as if they just quickly throw the chocolate on top of a glazed donut to hurry up. If there is confusion ask questions. (because we are all human. They also click speaker button in your ear repeatedly so I waited for a response before saying anything else thinking the speaker had issues.) Questions or communication should be done by employee rather than sitting in silence but each time no employee ever ask questions to clarify so I assume they understand after the 2nd time. They just hear order, sit in silence, I repeat my order a 2nd time for confirmation then employees quickly says total and pull forward.

Donuts are great, but listening skills, communication, and customer service skills could be improved!

Ordered pacman 🍩 for grandbabies after leaving hospital . Drove over 1hr 20 minutes home hand him box aint not 1 pacman donuts in that box.. lady was to busy.joking around with her daughter and grandson and didn't listen to.my order. Now they want me to drive all the way back for just the 1 box.. better get me more than that and a dang refund

I believe it was Hayden that made our day with the dozen donuts, giving us some glazed original doughnuts straight off the line for us. Which made my wife and I the happiest we could be, made our weekend. The workers had smiles on their faces when we visited.

Went & got the St. Patrick's Day special Donuts. They were fabulous! Now I see they have new limited Hershey's Chocomania Special Donuts. Have to try those before they disappear.

In my opinion old stale Krispy Kreme Donuts are oh so much better than even fresh Dunkins.
