Great place, but no longer has overnight parking. Please see attached photo. We may only arrive 1 hour prior to appointment now.

I got here as a delivery driver, and since they have some spots available for drivers to deliver, they still closing the doors. This is not a good thing to do for the drivers as well when I got a 5 AM delivery, I got to go to finest spot in Chicago and get back for 20 more minutes so think about this when I have to drive over here and then get back to my parking lot even if I’m not gonna find it because this is a big city and then get back to them because they closed the gates or the gate guy didn’t want us to park on the lot

All Security guards/Receiving people are nice, they’re very respectful, the facility open 24 hours, overnight parking available, You can check in early and if they’re available they will unload it for you early . But if you’re not lucky, sorry

No problems whatsoever. Check in at 11:45am for my 1300hrs appointment and out by 1:25pm. Awesome service and nice people. Claudia lady was very helpful.

Warning: no longer allows overnight parking.

Still takes hours to get loaded, but offers a restroom and are generally pleasant people.

This is the worst wear house for delivering load

Check in time 5:45 AM
Check out time 2 PM

I do not know why these big wear houses took too much time and never pay attention for other peoples time
Due to this delay we have to cancel the next load pickup and driver have to wait for next morning

Because of this wear house problem, how many people have to suffer.

God knows when they will make their system like costco wear house.
I hope someday they will get some good management and solve the issues.
Their CEO should have resign from his position because he is failed to understand the supply chain issue.

Overnight parking there nd also restroom 24hr open for driver but receiving time 7am to 2:30pm for refer cucumber nd first come first serve whenever u check in when they gave a door then they will take 2hr atleast bt very slow to getting a door guard shack are very nice

My appointment is 5:00 am i came here at 4:30 i am still waiting 5 hours
I went to the office and they told me there were five trucks in front of you. I told them why I came on time They told me that they had come from yesterday, first come, first served they open 24 hours
