Place is very tight for shipping but take time better than Cincinnati Kroger. But people are so nice. Security and shipping office people.

Wonderful & very personable - courteous - I got a door (he makes it a point because of a snug but, spacious dock to leave one open so the driver has it easier to get into the door) - there’s generous space between doors! Got right on me & outa there! Great job THANK YOU Kraft/Heinz!

Will never come here again. I have been waiting for over 3 hrs still didn't get in a dock, and I was the only truck here

One day it took 12hrs to get loaded second I show up early 6 hrs it took me 4 hrs early overnight parking is ok I picked up 2 loads and delivered one time heavy load they paid good first park and then security guard to check in restroom

Had a 9pm appt inbound load. Arrived at 9:32pm was told to wait called to dock at 10:30pm Empty at 10:50pm

This a an ok facility. Not well maintained roads and tight turns and tight docking area. Took a long time to load me. Nice lake and peer near by.

Arrived on time for appointment given on racon, 9am. Receiving said appointment at 1pm, and I couldn't stay on yard. Came back at 1245, waited another 45min before they called for dock.

Customer is not rookie driver friendly. Have experience and your witts about you when backing on a dock. They're pretty tight, and not a lot of maneuvering space to work with.

Arrived an hour early for my appointment was put in the door immediately they started loading within minutes after I got back into the door I had a pretty good experience here. Some of the doors are pretty tight with no room in front of them but it's doable
