Amazing experience for the full family! I can not recommend Koetsier’s enough, the staff is amazing and knowledgeable, the plants are beautiful and healthy, and there is a huge selection. Building a fairy garden is a really fun experience, and it was very affordable. Mel was amazing with my son while building his fairy garden. She made him feel so cool when she asked to take a picture of his finished work. He will be talking about that for years.

We had a fantastic experience here! Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Beautiful plants, flowers, and pots. Lovely and unique selection of potted varieties of plants and succulents. Nice big play area for kids with a large play house, tubes on the wall that you can put play balls through and wonder where they will come out, hopscotch, and several cute kid size tables and chairs, in addition to adult seating. They also had baby chicks to see when we were there. Free popcorn and coffee! The bathroom is clean and smells so nice. We will definitely be back.

Koetsier’s is a special gem! We had the best Saturday morning looking for plants. Their entire staff was SO friendly. As a plus, they are dog-friendly and have a free coffee bar! Amy (may be misspelling her name!) helped us arrange all the plants for our flower box and was so nice to work with. We will definitely be back.

I went there today with my son and daughter. I was pushing the stroller and also the cart for the flowers. Staff was so helpful offering to push the cart for me and waited for me at my car so I could load my stroller, then the mums and pumpkins. They were also kind to my son even though he was using their broom and pushing it all about the greenhouse! (I was trying to grab it from him…) I appreciated their kindness today. We don’t get out much so it’s wonderful when people are kind

Absolutely blown away with how great this place was. I don't know much about plants, so I can't gauge quality, but the customer service experience was the best.

The staff was super friendly. There is a husband area in the middle with chairs, snacks, coffee, water, and even some little games. There are children's activities scattered around the store.

We only bought $20 worth of plants and they threw in probably another $15 at the checkout just because.

This will be the only plant store I go to from now on!
