From the moment we walked in, John was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process and ensuring we found exactly what we needed. Logan in sales is top notch, you guys should pay him more. He made the whole buying process of my Workmaster 25 super easy. Communication was great and he was very knowledgeable. Mike in finance was great as well. He didn’t push for any extras. Explained everything well and made things easy. Other employees at the counter were nice and friendly. I rarely give reviews, but these guy deserve a shout out. Thanks fellas.

Bought a Bad Boy Mower in December 2023. Was told through text messages it was a 2023 model. Negotiated price and again confirmed it was 2023 model. Email below shows I inquired about 2023 model. I hurried up and paid for mower before they closed after weeks of discussing. Finance upsold me on warranty which all had 2023 model listed on paperwork. I pay for mower and didn't pay attention to first line on receipt showing they sold me a 2022 model. Clearly didn't catch it.

So they basically tricked me and never even told me until I asked once mower delivered and I noticed it was 2022. Same salesperson ignored my texts when I asked why. I spoke to someone in Finance who was very dismissive saying well I should of saw model on receipt... despite my having saved text messages where sales person said 2023, an email where I inquired about 2023 and the SAME Finance guy writing 2023 on all his paperwork. He offered zero help but instead acted like I should of known and would use this as a training discussion for future sales. Didn't offer to refund me, trade out mower or anything.

I recently inquired on trade in on mower 7 months after I purchased it with 17 hours on it. Despite them knowing they made a big mistake betore and should of done right on a new one to make up for last time they want to give me 2k trade in value on same mower I paid 5100 before warranty on 7 months ago... plus charge me a price for new mower that isn't really lower than competitors. John is a good guy (2nd salesperson I dealt with recently). He tried to get me a deal to make up for it but could only go so low.

In my opinion I would search around for other dealers as a company should do right by their customer if it is clearly their mistake. Instead they didn't care because I wasn't buying a 100k tractor. Bad word of mouth will always overcome good word of mouth.

If you do for some reason ignore this review ask for John. Straight shooter and good guy... just handcuffed on what he could do to make my prior experience right.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The equipment I needed wasn’t in stock so they immediately, without me having to ask, searched other stores, found it in their other store and made arrangements to bring to my local store. I was kept abreast of everything as it was transferred and called when it arrived to arrange for my delivery. Upon arriving to the store for delivery the finance mgr went over all options with me in a very professional manner. I would definitely buy here again.

Logan got me set up with a new bad boy mower, he was very knowledgeable, shopping was quick and easy, and the mower has been terrific. They didn’t have the size I wanted on site when I went in on a Friday, but the following Monday my salesman brought my mower to my door. Can’t ask for more than that

Bought a Bad Boy Mower from a young man named Logan , great experience . Logan did not push and answered questions . I also bought a Bad Boy side by side from him also I will be back ! Also had a hick up with my mower seat Kelly in parts took care of warranty with ease ! Service after the sale is great ! Highly recommend Kingline in Summerdale Al !

As of Augest 5, 2022 the NH 75 Workmaster is a return. Please see pictures. The engine shaft is damaged, the exterior covers are damaged, the frame paint is damaged, etc. There is unknown white residue drops every where on the tractor. We could not check the tractor performance, as the manager ordered us to leave the dealership as soon as we pointed this problems to him.

Go up
