Assistant manager Stacy was extremely helpful in helping me order and set up my google wallet to pay. She was friendly and since I am an elder female she had to remove a homeless man that was bothering me at my table. Great service.

The parking lot of this restaurant very seldom has more than two cars and the drive through isn't marked very well I kinda had to hunt for it, I asked the cashier to change one item in my order and he had a hard time getting that right so I took the item in to exchange it and to my surprise the kitchen area looked horrible. There was a chicken legg laying on the floor along with other debris . My wife complained to me about the way the chicken tasted, she said it was like the oil they cooked in was old or burnt. I'm surprised that the health department hasn't been called .

Placed an online order, watched the staff help around 10 vehicles in the drive thru after order was supposed to be ready, then got told that they were out of chicken.

Manager lectured staff that they were backed up, then sat her ass back in her office instead of helping like a leader should.

I would rather get salmonella at any other place, then ever go to this KFC again.

This outpost of the global brand is apparently ran by Private Sanders....got aways to go before rising to the rank of Colonel. Legend has it that if you listen hard enough, you can hear the wails of those who passed while waiting for their two piece and fries. Painfully slow service, looks incredibly understaffed.

Worst drive thru in town. Every time I come here I am reminded that I should have pulled out and gone somewhere else with my money. Service is exceptionally slow, every time without exception it feels. This place must be under staffed

The KFC Chicken Sandwich Box was filled with wonderful treats. Crispy tender meat, fries, mashed potatoes and a mouth-watering side of cole slaw. The only side missing was the mac n cheese.

Went to KFC here in yreka ca and Patrick was so very rude and need a lot of help working with customers and I gave a call about my things was not right and u know what he does he hangs up the phone and then he does not pick up the phone so I go all the way back down there and this is what I get
