Called State of KS Department of Health to find out about bed bugs in hotels or motels. I was told to contact this dept. in Manhattan KS. I was unsure if we were exposed in another state and wanted a bit of information. The lady said she couldn't help me since the motel wasn't in KS. I understand she can't go examine the place but, why couldn't the department give out general information or a website to frightened parent's. I can only pray she never has an encounter like ours. Her attitude was so cold and uncaring. What's the matter with the world today?
