Located up the road from my house this place is great with me and my kiddos. They definitely make sure each experience is a great one. They always open up another register when each line gets m9re than 5 customers. Their sidewalks are mainly kept up during the winter. Great job team.

As another reviewer mentioned, it's your typical experience. A decent selection, but not the biggest I've seen. A good amount of local brewery offerings, which was really nice.

Each time, though, the staff is not really interested in customer service, and focus on gossiping and chatting with each other instead.

I just don't get that I have to show my military ID when buying Alcohol or Tobacco (not for age verification) but because the so-called prices are supposed to be lower than off base. However, both tobacco and Alcohol 99% of the time are more expensive than off-post convenience stores. I have to show an ID for the privilege to paying higher prices. The manager also told me that its a convenience to the Exchange to be there and that's also why... Well I'd rather have Holiday, Tesoro or Chevron any day because they have lower prices and would feel that they are the privileged ones and not the other way around!

Good selection of alcohol, prices are a little better then off base. Also sells isles of toiletries house-hold cleaning, and Alaska gift/tourist section. Majority of employees are friendly and possess a positive customer friendly deminer. The same building holds (to the left) a small dry cleaner service, and then (on the far right side) a small auto parts store. The auto store is pretty good, they can look stuff up for you similar to your Autozone, Napa, Car Quest and so on.

"24 hours", went at midnight tonight and they were closed. No sign saying why, chain and padlock on the inside of the door. People were in there. Kind of sucks because I work night shift and I needed a couple things for dinner and everywhere else is closed.

Definitely one of the better Shopettes I've been to in my 8 years, it has what you need to get by. Wether it be a pt belt or a fleece cap, either way it's pretty straightforward.

Gas and alcohol is affordable compared to off post, but cigarettes are cheaper at Walmart though. The staff is not the friendliest here tough, the Richardson shoppette is better.
