My family has been insured by State Farm for 35 years. Over the years, life has happened and State Farm has been there to bail us out. Most recently, an elderly gentleman pulled out in front of my daughter, totaling her car. Within two weeks, not only was money back in her bank account to pay for her replacement car, but she received more than she thought she would. Additionally, though State Farm is a big company, I can email or call Joan Morgan and get a prompt, helpful, and friendly response by day's end.
