Very disappointed in the service I received on my wedding day. The initial experience was great. Communication was good in the beginning and the prices are fair. I chose this location off of the reviews and thought I would get excellent service like everyone else. Laura was very friendly, but the day off service was terrible. The caters we’re supposed to drop off the food and serving supplies at 4pm the reception started at 6pm. The first drop off they did not bring all the food or all of the serving ware. They also did not bring any burners too keep the food warm. My planner had to go out and purchase burners and warming sets for the other pans of food. We also had to wait for them to bring the rest of my food and serving utensils. We pushed the time back by 30 mins thinking that would be enough time because we was on schedule. We had to push everything back to 7:30 which caused us to be off schedule by an hour. The staff was coming in and out delivering boxes of the papers they forgot which at that point my planner solved that issue.The meatless Alfredo was super dry so all of those pans were wasted. The guest who didn’t eat meat was still hungry and my son. I lost an hour on my photo booth because when the booth opened we were eating so some of my guest that had to leave missed out on taking photos. The sad part is they asked if they could drop the pans and other items off the day before I said sure no problem. They only brought two boxes that was missing a lot. Thank god for my planner if I didn’t have one I could only imagine how that would have went. I reached out to the company expressing my Issues and concerns when we got back from our honeymoon and I haven’t heard back from them! No apology no nothing! This was one of the most important days of my life and this company did not deliver as expected!! The food was good besides the Alfredo.

All too often you go to a wedding and have subpar food, but I mean this when I say, Everyone should cater with Joe’s! It has been a little over a month since my wedding and guests are still commenting on the delicious food! Laura is amazing and made this process pain free. She made everything work with my venue and her staff was friendly and attentive! 💜💜

My team here in Troy was amazed and blown away by the quality and professionalism your team provided. Jordan and Darian (Arielle) 😊 were a class act. Our event was over the top amazing! Your cuisine and staff added the elegant touch that I always like to showcase during corporate events that I plan. I look forward to working with you again in the Spring for our next conference. Once again, Laura Livingston and her team knocked it out of the park! We hired Joe's Gourmet Catering for our daughter's graduation party to be held at our home. Laura worked with us to create a wonderful event from tables/chairs/tents to food and drinks! Everything was first class and our guests verbalized their agreement! The staff that evening was very personable and worked diligently to make everything right! Thank you! I highly recommend them for any catering event!

Joe’s Gourmet Catering did my daughters baby shower during the pandemic and were so professional and took every precaution possible to keep everyone safe and healthy. Laura and Paul were spectacular. Food, presentation and everything was simply spectacular!! Thank you

Joe's Produce lives up to its name. They have some of the most picture perfect produce and deli selections. The store is bright and clean. If you've never visited Joe's Produce, I recommend going on Saturday morning/afternoon. They have delicious samples for shoppers. It's like Whole Foods, but less corporate. The store makes its own potato chips, jars and cans their own pickles and tomatoes. What a grocery jem!

The luncheon tray I ordered from Joe's was much more than I expected. Their prompt service and attention to detail along with the fabulous meat and cheese displayed were well liked by all. I would highly recommend.

They have the best prepared food choices. It's a little on the pricier side for some things. They still have 5he best salad and soup bar around. Lots of choices for deserts, flowers etc. I drive from westbloomfield there to shop.
