I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the conduct of one of your delivery truck drivers who services a route in Toluca Lake, CA. This complaint arises from repeated incidents involving your delivery truck parked in a manner that poses significant safety hazards and operational disruptions to my business.

The driver in question consistently parks the delivery truck in a red zone and blocks half of the driveway to my business premises. This irresponsible parking behavior severely obstructs the view to the left when exiting the driveway, creating a dangerous situation for both pedestrians and vehicles. It also makes it extremely difficult for us to safely and efficiently enter or exit our driveway.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue by contacting JFC International Inc., no corrective action has been taken. Additionally, although I have repeatedly contacted parking enforcement, they have been unsuccessful in catching the offending driver in the act.

The persistent parking violations by your driver not only compromise the safety of my employees and clients but also disrupt the daily operations of my business. I am compelled to inform you that I will continue to report this issue to parking enforcement until it is adequately addressed and appropriate measures are taken to prevent future occurrences.

I urge JFC International Inc. to take immediate and effective action to rectify this situation. This includes ensuring that your drivers are fully aware of and compliant with local parking regulations, particularly in areas where their actions can significantly impact businesses and public safety.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your cooperation in resolving this issue.

I would like to further add that if this issue persists I will file complaints with the DOT

Super tight spot , so beware new drivers but the check in process was fast and started unloading me quick , shout out to Juan really cool guy

Checked in 15 mins early, waited 10 mins outside the Dock receiving door to get a door. They started loading me after 1.5 hours and got loaded in 1.5 hours then waited 1 hour for paperwork. In total, i spent 4 hours at this facility. Wish they were faster. No Bathrooms at all. Will not come back.

Hello trucker it’s great place to pick her up a load I have a appointment for 1 :00 pm but I arrive here 8:30 am and then they starting loading me at 9:00 Am and it’s awesome place thank you all JFC and you’re all team🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚

I give it 3 ⭐ only for Jimmy, who's the only cool guy. This people make so much money off drivers, and do not have the decency to have Porta-potty for tue drivers. They send you next door, and the people there tell u to F-off. I wonder if #OSHA would have anything to say about this.

Very slow loading, with partial load they took 4 hours to load, will never come. Stay away Truckers.

I have a business with JFC, I bought a lot with them. but I do think this company has the serious problem with it's inter management. they delivered the food to our warehouse, a few days later, we found the product was short 1 pc or even one case. Last month, the food was short 3 cases! I talk to the salesman. He can do nothing about it and complain we should count them on front of the drive. We have one or more pallets product every time. if the driver can wait for us, We'd love to count each time! I'm very disappointed about this company!

Good morning truck drivers it's Sunday December 13th 2020 I picked up on December 11th 2020, JFC in Commerce California, my appointment was at 12 noon there time, got there at 11:30 a.m., I was out at 12:30 with my load going to Dallas Texas. 5 gold stars for this Japanese food center.
