I got a quarter beef share processed here. Of my 222 lbs hanging weight, my take-home weight was 120 pounds, about 54%. I was not given the fat. The paperwork showed that we were supposed to leave 63 packages of 1 lb burger and we only received 60. Disappointed in the outcome. Won't go here again for beef processing. We did appreciate that the portions were individually shrink-wrapped.

Timely and professional meat processing at a fair price! I dropped off two deer and picked it up within 3 days. Everything was neatly packaged in vacuum-seald bags. The staff were friendly and eager to help a newcomer to the hunting scene. Basic cuts cost me $135/deer. Their selection also includes a variety of specialty meats and high-quality, locally sourced meat. If you're near the area, I'd highly recommend Jerome's. It was definitely worth the drive for me, and I live in Detroit 😊

They have great meat, but I will say they need to continue instilling customer service skills in their younger cashiers. I asked the girl if they had brought the chicken up that the lady told me she’d bring to the cashier, as it was dripping and she had to wash the packaging.. the young cashier said to me,” idk, did you ask her to bring it up here?”… she had a horrible, passive aggressive attitude towards me, something I would expect my teenage son to say... I was shocked , very rude and not something I had expected, they’re usually very kind and helpful.

Processing was quick and very affordable. The summer sausage in three flavors was excellent. If you're going to get a mount expect to wait for a few months. Over all great experience.

We visited Jerome's today. 2nd trip from Wixom. We spent well over 300.00 in 2 trips. They do not have an indoor bathroom for customers!! I was told I had to go out to the back of their parking lot in 24° weather and use a porta john. I'm a 70 year old handicapped woman. It was nasty! No hand sanitizer!! I saw the amount of customers that were there while we were present. I believe they take in enough money to get a customers restroom. How disgusting...get a customer restroom...

Great place to purchase from if you are wanting meats that are fresh and of great quality then look no further this is it. Their chilli is the best if you've not tried it then you don't know what you are missing very delicious .All the Employees are courteous and friendly .

I’ve been working with Jerome for 5 years now as a farmer who brings pigs in for processing for multiple customers. I’ve always been overall pleased with the way things are run until this year.
There were errors made on my order, all my fat was thrown away even though I requested it on the original order to have it returned to me, and the employee who called me and all my customers with our hog weights gave EVERYONE incorrect weights and information. (This is important because as a farmer we bill our customers based on the weight we are given by the processor) Mistakes happen and I wasn’t even upset. But I was very taken aback by the demeanor and way I was spoken to by Brett Jr when this happened and I approached him in the storefront. I wanted to let him know what happened because, as a business owner myself, you can’t fix a problem if you don’t know it’s happening. I was kind and courteous and told him what happened but that I wasn’t upset. Well he flat out called me a liar and said these things didn’t happen, then made excuse after excuse NEVER offering an apology or actually taking responsibility for the errors. I was just repeatedly told I was wrong. Then he walked away from me like I didn’t matter. I was stunned to say the least. This man is arrogant and unprofessional. I will certainly NEVER send my customers to this place ever again. Mistakes happen, we are human. But the manner in which my concerns were completely dismissed is not ok. I will drive the distance to Countryside and Byron Center to be treated with dignity and respect.
