I was there 3 weeks ago waiting to check out. No person was manning the check out. There was only the automated machines to check out and they were not working properly so a guy was trying to get them working. I had fried chicken from the deli in a small box in my left hand at my side. Slowly there was about 6 or more people besides me waiting for another register to open up.

While waiting I was talking to the woman to my right when a female employee bumped into me on my left side. She knocked my chicken out of my hand and the container opened onto the floor. She said, "oh, I was trying to squeeze by you." She never said "excuse me" or anything else. She then darted back and opened a register. I walked up she said nothing. No offer to get me a replacement at the deli no nothing. She just stood there. I put the stuff on the conveyor and stared at her and she stared blankly at me offering nothing, no resolution. I said "I don't want to eat this," then walked out. Your long dark haired gal with glasses needs some customer service training on how to safely pass by a customer and how to make something right after an error. Poor service at a basic level just lost you a frequent customer.

I love Jeff's! The staff are super nice . Their chicken is the best, whether it's deli or the meat department, ribs too. Their bread selection is great, and their white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are to die for.

I went in looking for pickles made by a local company and right away one of the employees there was more then happy to help me locate a few jars. Everyone here was very friendly and seemed like they truly liked there jobs !

Grocery store. It's in-between a quickie mart and a big chain store. Variety of options but prices are not crazy high but higher than a super market.
Their meat section is well worth it. I feel like the ground beef and steaks we have bought were way better than any other grocery store, big or small.
The workers are usually always pleasant and kind. Helpful when asking for something.
Store is clean, maintained, stocked, and easy to navigate.

Daughter and I stop here almost everyday before work. Everyone who works there are always helpful and they are ever so courteous to a 4 year old who asks millions of questions and gives out hugs while taking up the self checkout putting her coins in over and over.

Like with most small grocery stores, sometimes items can be a bit pricey, but I assure you it's totally worth it. The meat is amazing. They a sell whole cow tenders and NY Strips at prices you can match anywhere, and the meat it top quality. They'll even slice it for you! 5.99lb for an NY Strip is unbeatable, especially with inflation. They also have great homemade jerky and beef sticks in various flavors. Try a jalapeno and cheddar!

Great fried chicken. Disappointed in sides this time. Potato logs were broken up and old, carrot side was under done. Carrots were still raw. Left at 4 star because chicken was great as usual
