I switched from Progressive to State Farm as their rates were less. I never spoke to a Live Person with Progressive. I was quoted by Aliyah who was friendly and thorough. I needed to sign my acceptance and visited the Linden Office to speed the process. Everyone was helpful. I recommend Jeff and his staff.

I recently moved all of my insurance to State Farm for a few different reasons. One, I initially spoke with Vanessa and she was very informative and able to give me quotes while I was on the phone. I believe I saved over $400 a year on vehicle insurance and $300 a year on my homeowners insurance.
The other reason was because she knows insurance like the back of her hand. Vanessa, Jeff and Jodi have all worked together as a team to make sure I was adequately protected and insured. I was impressed for sure as I deal with insurance agents daily in my line of work.

Best possible outcome! Today switched from Progressive to State Farm. I worked with a very nice lady named Aliyah. She jumped through hoops to resolve some extenuating circumstances that threatened my eligibility. Through several phone calls and many texts, I'm now set up with auto, renters, and term life insurance. All for about 65% of what I was paying progressive for auto alone. Thank you for taking care of business!
