Buyer beware. Five stars for availability of products, but ZERO stars for standing behind what they sell. In February of 2025, I purchased two plastic grit pots which both turned out to be defective. The lids would not stay on the bottoms, so they are completely unusable. When I contacted customer service, I was told that in order to get a store credit I would have to return the grit pots-- which would cost probably more than what I spent on them. So I am out $15 plus a portion of the shipping I paid.

I enjoy purchasing items from Jedd's because they offer many of the products I use, and those products are often hard to find anywhere else. But I have a real problem when a company does not stand behind what they sell.

I live in the country, a racing pigeon landed in my yard. I was able to call Judds and get the owners name/phone number of the band. I spoke with Vicki. She was so pleasant and helpful! I contacted the owner, we workout a release spot and 34 minutes later Mr Pigeon was home. The owner was kind enough to send me a video. His pigeon was over an hour from home and got caught in a storm. Thank Judds and Vicki, for your service! Really helped out!

Hello I had sick pigeons,very sick. Once I figuout it was pigeon pox I went to.Jedds they actually had a vaccination for this. I order a $22 bottle. I then wanted it shipped overnight. This cost anymore extra $75. I ordered on a Tuesday night so I expected it Thursday. It's the following Monday and I still don't have my medicine. I still have sick birds,which has spread throughout my flock. Jedds did not answer any of my emails. They did take the money. Very disappointed to say the least 😕

Phenomenal Customer Service. I am in Oregon, so I couldn’t visit the store, but I called to have meds overnighted for 3 suddenly very ill birds. I was extremely distressed and was having trouble organizing my exact order. My phone connection was terrible which added to my anxiety. I spoke with a few different people over a few phone calls and everyone was very patient and extremely helpful. Thank You Jedds!!

I ordered Endroflaxian from your company after one of my rat buddies passed away from Mycoplasma so sad to see him suffer but he is in peace now. I made an promise none of my others would experience this same suffering I had another that was starting to show the same symptoms your company was the only one I found whereby you made it easier to order this.
