Clean, spacious, well organized. All clothes that I was looking for were sorted by size and neatly organized. 1 star deduction for the trashy clearance sales racks and the buy one get second 50% off sales (who needs 24 socks at a time?) another star deduction for hiding the check-out.

I have visited a lot of jcp in Pinellas County. This one has the biggest selection and everything looks so nice and neat. They will go out of their way to find items for you.
I’m always greeted by Charisse with a nice smile and an awesome attitude!!!

I had a really bad experience in Jcp yesterday I ordered some stuff in store and I got email that they can’t process my orders because of payment I paid with a gift card and the customer service said everything was processed but I call the store they said it nothing they can do because it has no manager also I called the 800 number so no one no what happened to my order that it for Jcp this is the second time this happened

JCPenny has very friendly staff members that go above and beyond to help make sure your shopping trip is joyful and easy. This store is stocked full of new merchandise and has excellent sales for the 4th of July. They offer colorful and fun new outfits and bathing suits, too. Awesome shopping experience every single time!

We are currently waiting for the photography studio to open for a 11am appointment!!!!! Store employee has called and text the manager's cell no answer and voice mail isn't set up!
