This is the absolute best Kratom shop that I’ve ever been to. Their prices are more than fair. The quality and variety of their products is fantastic. I went their looking for specific product that I could previously only find online and was very happily surprised that they have an insane selection of said product! The owners are warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better shop and so grateful that I found it!

Amazingly friendly owners and hooked me up with tons of free samples when I visited today, biggest kratom selection I've ever seen (been taking for years) and great prices. Highly recommend to anyone looking for Candy, Kratom, Tobacco, ect.

Have been to numerous stores searching for kratom products in Illinois and Jays is by far the best. The selection is great, the prices are very fair and customer service is fantastic. If you are searching for a new place for purchasing kratom and kratom extracts in the area, there’s no better place than Jays.

These people are very rude and don’t give good customer service there prices are all over the place never have anything in stock there so many shops that offer way better service an don’t give attitudes to people trying to spend money there’s no stock other a lil section I would not recommend this smoke shop to anyone sorry for evening wasting my time but thank god I walked out just know there’s way better prices other place with real stock inside unlike here have a bad day like you made us feel when we ask a simple question don’t go there check out other places that actually treat you good
