Ive been to a lot of dispensaries and this one is by far one of my favorites. Amazing prices and amazing people..today I had Kala M. As for my bud tender. She was very informative, friendly, and definitely got me the most for my money. I went with her suggestion and wasn't let down in the slightest. I definitely would rate this place with more the 5stars if it was possible I never get let down here 😁👍

I don't know what happened. I have always gotten great service. This time I'm frustrated enough to never come back. I placed a delivery order for 30 cartridges on 4/3. It was scheduled to be delivered on 4/4 between 1-3 pm. They called to verify I really wanted 30 and I said yes and everything went to Hell. I got a text a few minutes later that the order was ready to go out. I called and told them the delivery was for the following day so she had to get in touch with dispatch. Finally she came back, apologized that the order time got changed, said it was their fault and verified my delivery time on 4/4 at 1-3 pm. Yesterday, I didn't get my order by 3, so I called again and she said my delivery was scheduled for 5-7 pm. I told her that was wrong and could they possibly bring it earlier. She said no, since it was after 3. When my order didn't show up from 5-7, I called and spoke to Miles. He said the order had been canceled. He reordered everything for me again and I was supposed to receive it today from 1-3 pm. I just called about it because I'm going out at 3. She said the order was going to be "a little late" but I should get it by 3:53 pm. I just canceled the order and am really upset. That's almost an hour, not a little late.
I hope you go back to your usual standards because this was a horrible experience.

I honestly love this place and have never had a bad budtender! Kala has waited on me a few times, and is an awesome budtender! I gave her a couple ideas of what I wanted, and she was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of what I wanted. She's always so friendly, and depending on how quick you need to be, she's happy to chat with you for a few or get your stuff and hurry you out if you're in a rush. She always puts a smile on my face! I look forward to seeing her again next time!

The staff were friendly and quick even with a rush of customers. But never made me feel like I needed to hurry out of the store. Trisha recommended some great flavors for not only my disposable but also my infused prerolls, will definitely come again!

Alexis was our bud tender and she was great! She had great recommendations! Alexis was patient with us as we decided what we wanted. we will be visiting again soon & hope she is our girl again!! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted & welcomed in. Fast & friendly environment!

Only suggestion I have is finding a different way staff gets notified of web orders. They didnt even know they had an order to fill, until I came in to retrieve it. Nice store, friendly staff. Ordering online was easy, just lacked communication from web to order fulfillment.
