We stopped at JARS Cannabis Dispensary - Jackson to pick up some after dinner treats. The check in process was easy and friendly. They were busy so we had to wait for an available bud-tender but we kept ourselves entertained. Our bud-tender was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to make recommendations and she asked great questions.

What a great experience. We were happily greeted as soon as we walked in, and the process was very simple and not at all intimidating or overdone. Amanda, our budtender, was amazingly helpful as we were first time customers. She knew her stuff and answered all of our questions. Amanda was courteous and provided excellent customer service. Loved the aura you get as soon as you walk in. Very chipper, friendly attitudes and smiles! Was greeted by Brooke H. as soon as I walked in back. Brooke offered me a tour and was extremely knowledgeable on the products and even made a few suggestions that I can not wait to try! She was very professional and on point. The rest of the staff were very friendly and smiling! Really liked the reception area as well. "Highly" recommend this dispensary and will be on my fave list!

I went to Jars yesterday and my bud tender was Adam. He was able to help me narrow down some nice live resin selections to choose from. He was very polite and friendly and took his time and really made sure I got the products I desired. Great all around experience ty Adam for the Hookup bro I'll be back... Highly Recommend Jars To All They have Great products and amazing staff that are willing to go above and beyond to help you find what your looking for and always have great deals. Shout out to Irene B. Thank you for making my experiences at Jar’s in Jackson Michigan it was fantastic. I told her what I wanted a she helped me get the best product for my desires.
Shout out to Adam S. for doing a phenomenal job getting my order he helped me save money by showing me what was on sale and letting me know that I had a $10 credit from earning 500 points 11/09/2024 shout out to Noah I told him where to find the rosin its in the fridge a few employees did not know that. I found that weird.

This was my first experience with Jars and I’m very impressed! They had exactly what I was searching for and had a great variety. Jonah was very knowledgeable and provided wonderful customer service.
