Love Jack's. Great prices and service, mostly. Please explain to employees when they get a text message while waiting on a customer, you do not stop what your doing to answer it. Girl bagging our items, stopped what she was doing. Cashier turned and had to bag our items. Bagger, just looked up from her watch and says, sorry have to text her back and walked away.

Our go to for fresh meat and produce and great local specialty items like Krzysiak’s chicken and beef base, Jack’s house made bratwurst, and yummy baked goods. Better quality than the chain grocery stores and less expensive

Nice place but the chorizo was the worst I’ve ever had. The pork tasted like it was old/spoiled and a lot of fat. Same with their pork sausage, way too much fat, good luck keeping a patty together. I threw out all the chorizo and gave up on keeping a sausage patty together.

Brand new to the area from downstate. This was my 2nd visit and I appreciate the selection and choices for all the usual fruit, vegetables, and meat items along with so many Michigan and local options. The meat is fresh and provides an "old-time" butcher counter feel with fresh options. The meat counter people are quick and give you exactly what you ask. I love the selection of local baked goods (Ginger cookies!) and wide array of grocery store items so Jacks can be a "one stop shop".

Jack's has always been a favorite of mine since I moved here 14 years ago from down south. Always an abundance of fresh meat to choose from, except for fresh fish. And they can barely keep up with my demands for oxtail, but I don't blame them for that considering most if the time im buying $80 worth, sometimes twice a month. Other than that a great place to shop. Always clean, service is fast, and the staff is friendly and helpful...

It's a great meat and produce store. And I got 3 doz eggs last night for $2.79 a doz. Instead of $6 or $7 a doz. Everywhere else.

Super friendly and nice products, 2/3 the price, west of U.S. 131. Great store.
