My husband and I went through the drive through and ordered the "Big family box" I believe is what it's called. When we got our food there was no biscuits that was supposed to come with it and the cup of gravy was barely halfway filled. I called the number that is listed so I could let them know we were missing the biscuits and about the gravy, but never got an answer...

For fast food it's tough to beat Winfield Jack's. The morning crew that works there are friendly and efficient. Management during morning shift is excellent. I'm always happy to stop in during the morning rush.

I have been coming to this location every Sunday for over three years and ordering the same meal at the drive through: fried chicken dinner with fries, slaw, and a large sweet tea. In the last several weeks the service and quality has significantly degraded. The two times that I actually waited for my food I waited for well over 20 minutes in line. The other three times I left after waiting 30+ minutes before even getting to the microphone and then was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait for chicken on one occasion and a 20 minute wait on another occasion. I left both times and went to the competition who in my opinion has lower quality food.

Food is great and but I ordered a chocolate milkshake and they gave me this. I ordered a regular milkshake and payed for a regular milkshake but they put the small in the regular sized cup

Waiting time in drive thru awful finally pulled around and went in just to be told no chicken breast I said fine just give me my salad with no cheese was told blt salad doesn't have cheese so when they handed it to me ofcourse it had cheese on it made me a new one got home and my ranch dressing was comeback sauce never again happens everytime I go there !!!!
