Dirty, Rude Staff, and Warm Drinks

I had a terrible experience at this burger joint. The place was dirty – tables were left with food scraps, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It was not a place where you’d want to sit and enjoy a meal.

To make things worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t seem to care about customers, were dismissive when I asked for assistance, and acted like I was a bother for simply placing an order.

The worst part? The ice machine was broken, so there were no ice cubes for the drinks, which meant that my soda was warm. In this heat, that’s the last thing you want. There was no apology or explanation, just warm drinks and bad service.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

AWFUL!! Please don't eat anything except curly fries in this restaurant. Me and my friends ordered hamburgers, tacos and wrap but they were all tasted awful. I couldn't finished it. After eating them I had stomach problems.
The curly fries were the best fries that I've ever tried tho.

This place served us well when we rolled into town Tuesday night. We got in kind of late and wanted something to grab quickly so we could get to our hotel and crash after 13 hours on the road. The food was great and seemed to be made to order as everything seemed freshly cooked. For as busy as it was when we arrived the drive thru was quick and handled everything well. No missed items in our order and prices were actually quite fair considering how much every other chain is skyrocketing their prices! Makes me really wish we had this chain back home in Alabama!

The lady at the drive through took my order, claim to be the manager but gave me a horrible attitude when I kept changing my mind for an order for my toddler and she was annoyed and said “are you sure” in a very rude tone, as I got to the drive through window I asked who took my order and she didn’t say anything until I mentioned someone rudely took my order & was very unprofessional of her and she wouldn’t give me her name. She said “I don’t need to give you my name” but working in public setting you should still give your name! Regardless! She needs to get it together on how she talks to her customers, giving that she’s “the manager”

We pulled into the drive-through to order some breakfast this morning after running our local business since 7 AM, and waited at the speaker for about five minutes repeatedly asking if they were open got no response, we pulled up to the window thinking maybe the speaker wasn’t working? And we’re greeted with a very nasty attituded employee, Disgruntled about us being at the drive-through window waiting. She said the lady said she told you to wait and you just drove up here, what do you want? We said we didn’t hear anyone say anything, she was so rude and had such a nasty attitude we were honestly afraid they would spit in our food!!!! I asked for the manager and they close the window on me! We will never be going back there, which is a shame because we are local to the area and have owned a business in town for 28+ years!!

Do better for your customers and especially your local who support you year-round!!!!!

Food was below average but the service made it so I woul never come back. The kid at the counter, who is more than under enthusiastic about working here, doesn't know the menu, couldn't tell us the difference between the burgers, asked me if I wanted cheese with my #4 - which was Jumbo Jack cheeseburger. My friend had to ask for sauce for her chicken strip - wasn't offered any when she picked up her order. My burger was definitely not made with love - you can see all the toppings were all on one side.

Great food for a low price, perfect if you want to save a little money. The burgers are really good, as is the Mexican food.
