Doesn’t matter how many times you call them to let them known how awful your road is with potholes, that it needs to be grated or even plowed they will not come do it. They have told me multiple times that they would send someone out to grate the road and I have yet to see them. I asked them could you do it before the road freezes and gets covered in snow. The manager on the phone said no problem let me send someone out after telling her my road. I still have yet to see someone out here doing their job. If you live in their route I’m sorry to say but you mean nothing to them no matter how many times you call and complain about how awful the roads have been cared for. Such a horribly ran company, I have never seen a road commission company not care about its customers. I’ve also lived down many dead end dirt road houses in my life. There is no excuse to why they don’t try harder. Please do your job when I call and complain how poorly the roads are maintained. I will be reaching out to the city as well to leave a scaling review about them.

UPDATE. They just demolished my mailbox again on 12/30/2020. Last year a plow truck demolished my mailbox and mailbox guard. The blade clearly hit it. They gave us a cheap box and a separate post and I had a really nice mailbox. Noway I can replace it in this weather. Now it's our problem. They took out at least 5 on my road. About a half hour ago I watched the plow truck clip my mailbox again! Incompetent drivers damaging personal property and management won't even respond.

Just want to let you know, but you probably already know that you are doing a terrible job at keeping our roads maintained and fixed. Take for instance Pickard rd. you ground down the surface of the road several years ago and left it rough and it looks terrible. This is one of our main roads coming into our city. Then drive down Broomfield rd. talk about rough. This road has gotten busier now with all the apartments and businesses going in. Then look at some of the county roads. They have had rough road signs up for years, what are they now.
Then look at Claire, Midland and Saginaw roads to name a few. What a much better job they are doing at making their city, county and community look better.

I think you all do an excellent job in emergency situations. When ice covers Vernon road you always manage to sand at least the big hill which is in impassable when iced over. I called today and the office was polite and assured me the trucks were out and Vernon was scheduled for sand

This company is completely useless, if you idiots put as much effort into fixing our roads as you do putting salt down our roads would be perfect. Salt should never be used. You idiots need to put your blade down and plow the roads instead of putting salt down which in-turn destroys our roads and vehicles. Only in Mount Pleasant do you see these idiots putting salt down when it's 61 degrees outside and raining.

I am complete shocked that the useless Isabella road commission has not already started to put salt down. I can only imagine what this week is going to bring.

I had a big piece of asphalt fly into my windshield on woodruff rd and when I called the office was told the roads aren't their problem hmmm pretty sure your the road commission and because this road is nothing but a big pot hole I have a massive crack in my windshield

Finally seen a plow truck for the first time since all of the bad weather the past 2 days, and he didnt even plow to the end of our road to our driveway which is county owned! Praying it isnt too cold to fire up the snow blower to plow out the rest of the road so we can finally get out! We will be sure to send you the bill!!!!!!

Nothing but a good ol'boys club now 40 years ago they were the best around now draw a paycheck and go home. Can't grade the road when it's needed, don't grade the whole road just graded today and didn't finish the job to the end of the road. Thanks half a$$ poor excuse for a road commission and a driver!!!
