I went online to look for quotes for auto insurance because Mercury insurance was starting to charge too much. Within a few minutes I received a call from Caesar not knowing it was State Farm and I did not have plans to sign up with State Farm. Prior to Cesar calling me I received other quotes but they were much higher. He helped me out throughout the whole entire process and answered all my questions and it's the reason why I switched back to State Farm after so many years. Since I'm not dealing with a broker and I'm not paying broker fees which ia much better for me every 6 months. Beware of brokers for their hidden fees. The process working with Caesar in State Farm did not take that long and did things over the phone.
