Called to ensure they had a craft cocktail mix, guy said yes after I explained it in detail. Drove 35 minutes to get there and the guy had no idea what I was talking about and they had nothing remotely close to what I needed. Definitely needs to ensure they are listening to what questions are being asked.

I went one day to replay power ball numbers and had specifically asked to replay an old ticket. I handed it to the person at the counter he scans it and rips and blurts our loud," No, you did not win!"
I stood puzzled and said,"I just wanted to replay these numbers." He look at me annoyed and says,"No, I don't scan replays! You need to fill out paper! Over there!"
So I went over to the Lotto Kiosk holding myself together and slowly filled out the numbers for accuracy. I then took it to counter and handed it to him. He then scanned it in and pushed a button and I purchased it. Later on I realized he put one quick pick on the ticket that negated one of my ticket's numbers. I have no idea why he singled me out but I will never go back there. He was very mean and showed no respect.

Would put 3 ½ stars if I could. Great place, lovely selection of items. However, I do not recommend paying with card as every time I do pay with card, it always takes more that what my purchase is.
