My Appointment was at 2pm but there was a open spot at 12:00pm so i was able to get unloaded . Shipping office was great. I was in - n - out within 30min.roll your tandems to the back and proceed to (driver safe zone) wear a safety vest . Everything went smoothly. Would be back

Paper Rools by Appt Only BUT they start unloading at 05:00 and I arrived the night before. Was able to check every hour up to my appt for late appts. I was in by the 6am hour and my appt was 8am. Very clean and pleasant experience for me on this day.

One doc way in back with Easy backing.

Break Seal at the Doc, Slide Tandems, Release all air, wait in Truck. Chock Wheels, Give up your Key and Exit Truck to Waiting area after they take your Paperwork.

The 6am Driver came running at 06:17 but now he had to wait.

Im a truck driver with an appointment for 8am with a confirmation number. I was the first truck here because I was here yesterday waiting for my appt at 8am. Yet Im still here at 10 am with this company unloading trucks ahead of me with no appointment saying they had the 8am appt. Either this place has no common sense or they are doing things backwards. Wouldnt it make sense to just go by appointments if thats what your making everyone do. This is the worste international paper Ive been to. I hope I never have to come here again.
