Good ppl here..nice and polite..very busy and hard workers..it may take a little or lot of wait time..depends on things not in their control..but they will get you unloaded...Be Patient! Just saw a rude driver..wait hours and ge put off property because he lost his cool.....they will try their best to get you unloaded...Drivers make sure you git the time to wait...

Not bad for a paper mill. Very hard to navigate in the dark. Hard to read the signs at night. If picking up paper rolls use gate #4. If you can find it. Pull onto the scale to check in. They load pretty quick. Everyone working there was very nice to me. Great employees.

Conplete and utter disregard for anyone's time on the scrap unload side. 3.5 hours just to even get into a door with no signs of anyone doing anything at all 15 minutes later. This is time number 2 for me here on this side and it's been the same story both times. Real nice folks that are also real good at not really getting anything done. The bales were loaded in my trailer in 15 minutes but they can't even get a dock plate down on you here in almost 4. International Paper is just always trash everywhere you go. I don't understand how the level of productivity and accountability is allowed to get so low at so many locations. Absolutely avoid bringing in scrap to this location. They DO NOT care about your time or getting things done.

I'd give -5 stars if I could, I'm currently here with a load of scrap cardboard that was the only thing they could find to get me out of Florida. Been in the dock waiting to get unloaded for 3 hours and counting. I'm gonna likely end up missing my backhaul to Indiana because of this, and that's going to screw up my next week before going home. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Arrived at 11am for a 1:30pm delivery and the scale house operator said they were on an appointment only schedule.Waited until appointment time and got checked in,there were at least 8 trucks ahead of me in line at almost 2pm and as of 8:20pm there are still 4 trucks that i can see ahead of me in line plus however many trucks are currently in the docks.5 hours into detention pay! The scalehouse operator was nice,I can’t say anything about the rest of the staff but this place seriously needs to make improvements, I don’t know what the delay is i was told to stay in my truck but this place wastes a lot of time for a lot of drivers! Don’t be in a hurry if you come here & come prepared with food and drinks if needed.would give a zero star rating if possible.Sat and watched another driver just drop their trailer on site by the tractor trailer line for the docks and leave!

Delivered scraps here. Gate 4 for scrap bales. There are signs for occ but guard shack will give you a map also. If not just ask. This place wasn't as bad as people said in other reviews. I had a 630am appt. Maybe having an early appt is the key. In at 625 out 740.
