If you want to jump line to be unloaded, just pay them off!!! This place has 1 door for receiving, supposed to be first come first serve. They made me wait for 3 trucks that came behind me in front. Watched driver pay employee unloading

BEWARE ! THE HEADACHES.

Extremely unreliable, they never have anything in stock. Their website, and app is absolutely garbage . Non of their products have actual pictures or descriptions . You order something, because the system said it’s in stock, and then either the delivery guy forgets it ( usually he does ), or it’s not in stock.
Absolutely terrible, and I can’t emphasize this enough… terrible customer service. They never really offer alternatives, they usually rush you, and hang up, the tone they use is as if it’s you’re fault that things didn’t get delivered. I’m so sorry you’re life is that terrible that you ended up in a customer service position, and you choose to direct you’re frustrations at kitchen managers, and business owners that usually just want the products you ALREADY CHARGED US FOR, but didn’t deliver. The fact that this happens ALL THE TIME, and I find myself rushing to a Restaurant Depot, or Smart & Final, because of items/ produce not being in stock, or never delivered makes using this produce company basically useless.
This week alone Iv called Mayb every other day about not receiving two, or three items from my order.
Iv been waiting MONTHS! MONTHS !!!!!!!!! To post this review, just hoping that Mayb they’re going through a ruff patch. I get it the supply chain is sh*t rn so I figured that’s what it was, but the fact that they have stuff in stock, and their delivery drivers are completely inadequate.
Warning others is why Iv decided to post this.
Iv now just started using WW Produce.

Since I’m a local to SANTA ANA the convenience of placing a will call isn’t as useful as it was with Ingardia, but damn I hope their delivery system is better. I really do hope this helps someone not to use this company.
Save yourself the headaches.
Save yourself the sh*tty customer service experience.
Save yourself the inconvenience of having to go to grocery store last minute for something you really need for service, and end up paying retail price.
This company has gone so down hill.

First of all they deliver 6 days a week and are closed Sundays which is perfect and same day that we close. They have good quality and good prices. The best part about Ingardia is that I can get fresh produce and fresh fish delivered to my restaurant everyday and put in my walk-in fridge before I get there which is awesome. Always someone answers the phone for orders even late at night. They have so much more like dairy products, can goods, pasta, paper products and etc. I have been doing business with Ingardia for over a decade and find them to be essential to my success.

Really annoyed these other reviewers acted like this was a place you could just go shop. Wasted the whole drive for nothing and was turned away by security. Thanks for wasting my lunch break. If you notice this is rated high because a lot of employees and their spouses are rating it, and none of them want to tell you if you actually come here you'll be turned away at the door. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Your driver almost run me over today in Palm Springs, CA, and i want to file a complaint, if i didnt push break he would hit my car from driver side, he unexpectedly change line right on me.i believe than company like yours should hire better drivers. And d like to hear from you, thank you

Since 1973 Inguardia provides USDA inspected domestic/international food to restaurants, hospitals, caterers and senior living homes. Inguardia sells exclusively to the food service industry (not retail).

Warehouse facility in Santa Ana is solar and HACCP Certified in addiiton to its custom construction for food distribution. More than 60 trucks in the fleet and are maintained by skilled in-house mechanics.

Got a lucky shot on placement and color contrast by the fountain. Thanks to the Inguardia driver (I did not get his name). Always a delight walking in downtown Brea and having interview/photo ops, smiling now.
