I went here to pickup a load. The lady in the Shipping office was very polite and had a great sense of humor. The gentleman that was loading me was also polite as well. These are the kind of Shippers I like to deal with.

Very friendly staff and I was in and out within A couple of hours. I don’t know if they have overnight parking being that. I had my appointment at 1 PM and I was out the door by three. They gave me free samples of their products as well. I would’ve given them the Fivestars except that it’s a unpaved lot and being that it’s rainy. Well, you already know.

A 1.5 hour wait not too bad. You check in at the scale and then you're led to where you will be unloading. After you're done you have the option to washout your trailer. Nice and friendly staff at least the ones I encountered were. Thank you.

Truckers dont bother getting here on/before your appointment time because they let all those late comers in first. 5 trucks who came in much later than me was assigned to doors before me. Its like Im being punished for arriving an hour before my appointment time. I don't understand the logics behind this system. It has screwed my entire day.

Usually I get loaded in Hart. Got loaded 12 hours early, but they forgot to load 1 pallet. Luckily didn't drive too far away. They made it up to me with some samples. They do have overnight parking.

This place is garbage.....Who are they paying off. Too many employees have been hurt due to negligence on behalf of the inappropriate training and cover ups by management. It won't be long before all the corrupt individuals face what is coming to them. People who get hurt they baby them and make them think they are in their corner, but just do that so that are not reported to OSHA. Many of the workers are those who really need jobs and will not say anything because they are trying to feed their families so any money is good. There is a lot of favoritism towards certain workers to a point where this is ridiculous.. I would not be surprised if OSHA comes in. Just the other day a girl was injured, but the fire marshall is saying everything looked good. They don't even use lockouts on their machines and people have been hurt, but no one wants to tell...SMDH I hope they come fine this company for all the violations and unsafe working conditions they impose on their workers
