Rick Place
Marketjoy would not never made the refund. I had to file a dispute with my bank. and 2 weeks later got a credit. Marketjoy put no effort into this, just lip service. I had to send in statements twice showing on refund. had to call 20 times no refund. marketjoy made call my bank weekly still no refund. Was told a VP was looking into this no refund. The only help I got was from my sales rep, and the only thing he could do was send emails.
Marketjoy responded once to this problem 3.5 months later here.

Poorly run. Stay away. Multiple contract breaches. Auto billed when the contract say they won't. Went live with our owing the call list which they tried several times and was so inaccurate as to useless. Good luck getting someone to responded. They sched then cancelled. Not sure where these good reviews come from. Trying to get our money back.
