I respect the mission. I wish them well. I hope it becomes cheaper than animal protein sooner rather than later.

I realize environmental externalities are not being paid for at the grocery store but it's hard to pay more for an alternative.

Lol SBA, but you’re right, the Impossible burger IS impossible to buy. Their website shows 4 restaurants near my house that they say have it but none actually do. Oh well I guess I’ll have a Beyond Burger!

Update October 2019: I think they got their production and distribution stuff together as I’m seeing it more often now in restaurants nearby and I’m glad cuz it’s good!
