If I could have left zero stars I would have. We paid $600 plus for balloon set up for my baby shower. The company failed to do their due diligence. They took full payment and failed to take measurements of the space. They couldn’t get the backdrop through the entrance of the venue so the backdrop was not used for my baby shower. Then they tried to put up pieces of the decor that would have been on the backdrop in different areas. One of the items ended up falling due to not being properly adhered to the surface and shattered all where I was supposed to sit. One imagine if that happened while I was sitting there. It was two acrylic signs one that said my husbands name and one that said my name of course mines as the mother to be broke and fell.

We asked for a 50% refund for the backdrop that never made it inside the venue and was told we would receive one. We never heard back from the owner and she ended up blocking us when we asked for an update via text.

I get mistakes happen but the failure to communicate properly and the audacity to block someone that was privileged enough to pay $600 for decor was insane to me.

If you want your day to remain special choose another place. It’s a hit or miss with this place and you will not be able to reconcile your losses. It’s not worth it.

Please if you are reading this, make sure to NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Owner talks about the contract and having the measurements beforehand but they don’t answer phone to give them the measurements beforehand. We had our event planner call multiple time and we tried to call multiple times and they don’t answer. Then they blame you when the things you pay for don’t fit. They are a scam, they will tell you one thing and do the opposite and also are terrible at communication during the entire process then blame you. They are honestly all about money, please I am saving you money in the future. By all means do not book with them. We spent 962 and didn’t even get to use to 600 dollars worth of balloons/ backdrop we order because they said we didn’t do the measurements but they didn’t answer phone . They are all about money, doesn’t matter what you see about her celebrity clients. They don’t care about regular people and their money. I pray this business go out of business!

Terrible service! Please do not book these people! They are scams, paid over 900 dollars for baby shower and the day of baby shower the ballon arch didn’t fit, and still charged for it even through they were not able to provide the service. Ask for a refund and lady stated they would provide some money back then lady went ghost!! Terrible customer service and scam business. Please do not book them. Lady still hasn’t contacted my family and I back about any reimbursement or nothing! Also, the clouds we ordered they put up during baby shower, fell down during the baby shower and broke. They did not go to building to make sure ballon can fit beforehand or nothing. Terrible I mean the worse business I ever did business with! Do not book I mean do not book! They are not good at any service and also will get over on you if they can! Saving the next person from booking these people. I hope they go out of business. Terrible and scam me out of $962 for my baby shower. Which suppose to be a day to remember. Terrible!! If you see this DO NOT BOOK THEM! Trying to save you a headache and money
