Really nice ambiance. Loved the variety of low sugar shakes they have to offer from the menu. However, it can be a tad bit pricey. My husband didn’t like it as much as i did, since he is more of a sugar lover. The customer service was excellent. The owners (I believe) were really nice and friendly.

Support a local family business. 🙂
IB local nutrition is ran by a husband and wife who are very friendly, helpful and you can tell they love what they are doing. The drinks they provide are awesome. I had a meal replacement and I think energy drink not sure exactly. It was delicious and helped me through a long stressful morning.

On a hot day I recommend treating yourself to the watermelon chili lollipop drink (pictured) you will not be disappointed.

We visited today and had such a positive experience. The little shop is so cute and clean and the owners are very friendly. The husband-wife duo made recommendations regarding their products, and both my husband and myself went with their recommendations. I ordered the chunky monkey protein shake which was amazing, and my husband ordered the Oreo peanut butter protein shake with extra protein. We enjoyed our drinks so much and will definitely be back to try the other flavors!

My Uber driver recommended this new cute little spot and I decided to stop by. Glad I did.
I met Lydia, very friendly and welcoming.
I ordered 2 drinks. A Jamocha protein shake and an Apple pucker tea! Both were refreshing and very tasty. Definitely going back!
