Tried to give this place a second chance… they still have the same hygiene issues. Last time I was here on a Wednesday the employee at the counter was licking their fingers after spilling the drink they were making for me. They then tried to hand me my order with the same hand they were licking 🤢

If the owner sees this, please have a serious talk with your employees. I’m having to tell quite a few friends and family not to order here anymore. What a shame 🫩

EDIT: In response to the aggressive and negative response from the NEGLECTFUL owner of this business, I will go out of my way to take pictures of the next time I enter this location. I will also seek more options of reporting the owner and the restaurant to the proper inspectors that need to be notified. I assure you, I will make this difficult for you. You made your choice on how you wanted to handle the grotesque behaviors of your employees. I treated your employees well and gave them a tip despite their actions. I look forward to our interactions in the future.

For any future customers of this location, be warned... they owner holds grudges against the people that take note of the disgusting habits of their employees. do not eat here.

This place is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The girls are always so friendly and have smiles on their faces. The drinks are SOOOOO GOOD and I usually get the biggest size with 2 lift offs and it lasts me all day. I'm obsessed with the motivational stickers on the cups. I wish I could give more than one 5 star because, unfortunately, it looks like some fake accounts gave her fake ratings on the same day. She's so good the competition must really want to see her fail. All in all try this place out! It's the best and has so many flavors and combinations of flavors. Try the bees knees, you won't regret it!

My tea was sooo delicious. I can’t remember the name but it’s a popular drink it had strawberry w/ starburst 😋😋😋 so good. I would def order it again. The protein balls were good. I gave 3 stars for service because I asked the employee about drinks choices. She didn’t seem to knowledgeable about all the popular drinks. She only gave me one drink she could think of (the one I’m posting😂😂). I just think as an employee you should be knowledgeable of all your most ordered drinks and not just one. Customers need options😭‼️. The facility it’s very spacious and clean. Plenty of parking outside too.
