PLEASE PLEASE go see these guys if you are looking for a new tractor or mower! We had the absolute BEST experience here with Aaron Wickham! He was not pushy, advised us on the best package for us and was an all around stand up salesman. I only wish every salesperson could be trained by him because we all would love making these kinds of purchases a lot more if they were. We have never had a better experience with a salesperson, EVER!

Excellent customer service and a great experience from start to finish! They are very responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly! They sold me my first piece of equipment. I was treated like A VIP client from the moment I emailed them for a quoteb until delivery of my CTL! I wish they sold cars as well!! I highly recommend their business and of course their Kubota products! I will definitely be purchasing future equipment from them!!

I posted a review recently, somehow it was removed! These people are the worst, ordered parts for my KUBOTA they said they would call when they got in. Ended up sending them to another store, then charged me for shipping them to me. I had even went by the store to pick them up. So for$10. Worth of parts I was charged $50. When I called an ask. They said they would call me back. Never did. These people are your best friend till they get your money. Shame on you my Dad is a retired veteran, 89 years old.

Probably the nicest Kubota dealer around......bought a loader for a tractor here years ago and had a great experience......sales guy a week ago was super knowledgeable,friendly, and willing to negotiate .....they have a large selection of alot different equipment and attachments in stock as of 1-8-2024

Customer service is alive and well at Huntsville Tractor & Equipment. If you need equipment, I highly recommend going to see them. I started my communications with HT&E via email and got a quick response with answers to my questions and a good amount of information. I then showed up at the location unannounced. I was greeted within 30 seconds of entering the showroom and asked if there was anyone I was already working with that they could get for me. I was very happy about this, as I had been to other equipment dealers in the area and waited in front of a desk with multiple people sitting at it for upwards of 15 minutes without being asked if I needed help. HT&E is different. I was then introduced to the gentleman who I had been communicating with via email who took me out to show me the Kubota Z series mower that I was interested in. He answered a multitude of questions that I had about the machine and spent a lot of time giving me helpful information about it and really made me feel like I was a valued customer. This place sells equipment that cost many thousands of dollars and what I was purchasing was not close to that amount of money but they still made me feel like I was important to them no matter the amount of money I spent. Also, they didn't treat me
funny because of how I looked. I had been working outside most of the day and it had been months since I had a haircut. I honestly probably didn't look like someone who had the means to purchase anything from them other than maybe a quart of oil. They didn't care about how I looked and you could tell that they weren't just acting like they didn't care. These are the kind of people who treat everyone with the same amount of respect. I appreciate that. When I decided to purchase the equipment, and was talking with them, I found out that they are a family owned company. This made me feel even better about purchasing from them. They had put me on their board to have the mower delivered the next day. Then, while I was sitting in the office signing papers another thing happened that I liked. A gentleman came to the office door and asked if they could deliver the equipment that day because they were going to be headed that way with some other equipment. This worked out well for me and I appreciated the fact that they asked and didn't just assume it would be okay. They wouldn't have had a problem delivering it the next day either. But, the same day worked well for me. When the guy came out to deliver the mower he was very friendly and made sure I had all the information I needed about the machine. Again, I say: Customer service is alive and well at Huntsville Tractor & Equipment!
