Owner, proprietor, and classically trained Master Butcher Adrian Van Zyl has an incredible place to visit if you’re in the market for fine eats. From Prime beef, pork, chicken, and lamb to tuna, salmon, bison, and even ostrich, Adrian has you covered. Besides that, he’s got dozens of handmade artisan brats, sausages, and other meaty goodies. Plus, now he carries cakes, pies, and cheeses. He’s a little off the beaten path, but then so are most good things in life. Shop with him and his wife Cat once, and you’ll go back again. And again.

Top notch processing from start to finish. Adrian and Cat go way over and beyond to take special care of us every time. Their products and recipes are the best we’ve ever had by far. Wonderful! Our first time to try a variety of products from Hunter’s Gold and we have enjoyed it all. The smoked meat loaf is the best I have ever tasted. Will definitely be back for more.
