These guys are awesome! Ryan and his crew keep a clean, organized and well stocked store! They never run out Great Lakes Water Only Soil, or the worm castings I use! They always have my Clonex and Root Riot! I love this place!

Sad to see what's happening. They helped me big time on my growing. Looks like they're on the way to bankruptcy concidering they've cut all hours and the website is down to nothing. Probably trying to get rid of inventory. I do appreciate the Kalamazoo crew from the past.

Dont ever go to this store, drove 3.5 hrs for the most bs customer service. Never again sucks you changed biz plans dont honor stuff no more and proces higher than other open stores. By pass this place in kazoo..

HTG is a bit of a drive for me but well worth the trip! Best customer service and products available hands down!

The GM Scott goes above and beyond for his customers! He always take the time to help find products or answer any questions I may have even when busy. Thanks for the Mammoth Canntrol recommendation works great. Won't forget the sticky traps either

Won't shop anywhere else for my garden needs, thanks guys!

I started my 1st indoor grow.
I have bought everything I needed from HTG.
The staff was very knowledgeable about what to use. Finished my 1st grow, and I've got to say that they made it very easy! I will be a returning customer! If they don't have it, you don't need it!

This place is awesome! Have everything you really need in one place. I had to venture from Chicago to pick up essentials since everything was closed and I'm happy I ended up here. Was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked. The manager Ryan was especially knowledgeable on everything in the store. The man definitely knows what he is talking about and represents the brand well. The prices are much cheaper than I am used to in Chicago! I will definitely make the trip again and again.

I will not go any other place for my gardening needs. The one I'm speaking of is on West main in Kalamazoo. The staff are amazing at customer service, product knowledge and usage, and will not try and sell you stuff that you don't need. Occasionally there are free samples on certain products, and they're not the cheapest products if you were to buy. They also now carry amazing seeds from Atlas genetics!

As a whole this company does a great job especially when you have customer service issues like bad products. They took care of me more than once. But I found you have to send it in to the actual company themselves not take it into one of their stores in order to get these better services. The staff there used to be very knowledgeable. But lately it seems that when you go in the door you're not greeted. And you get the feeling like they think they are better than you.
