Ordered four packages of the spicy chili lime pistachios online. The website said satisfaction guaranteed… When we receive them, they tasted old and stale. I sent emails to two separate contacts at the company requesting to return them. It’s been two weeks and no one‘s gotten back to me.

My daughter purchased shelled pistachios and butter toffee peanuts at the San Diego Fair in Del Mar yesterday. Both bags were stale. The butter toffee peanuts were not good at all. Bordering on rancid. She got them for me because I'm recovering from cancer and don't get to do as much as I usually do, so she picked them up as a special treat for me. Very disappointed, as most of your reviewers give you such high marks. There was nothing on the bag that I could find, indicating any sort of "fresh by" date. Is that normal?

The House Of Pistachios booth is always a go to
for me whenever at the LA or OC County Fair.

This year the fair just wasn't enough so I ordered some of my favorite snacks online and im extremely glad I did my order shipped super fast and was fresh uponarrival!!! I even received an extra free bag! Now that's excellent customer service! Thank you House Of Pistachios.

I stopped by the Del Mar Fair and saw Bob hustling so hard and focused. He helped me with a smile and joke. I noticed his lips were parched and asked if he needed something to drink and he said he was waiting for his coffee to be delivered. I sure hope he gets that coffee! He sure deserves it! Thank you Bob! You are what makes the fair special!

I normally purchase from “House of Pistachios” at the OC and LA fair each year almost daily because I also work a booth there. It’s a great alternative to eat healthy and more economically during the fair. Always friendly and ready to help! Since covid 19 has cancelled most events, I order online. Best costumer service ever!! Even replaced my order (at no fault of their own) due to Usps issues. Will purchase again!!! Thanks Ravi!!!
