Never had a problem in 4 years, until I made a change. After that I noticed that customer service was horrible from the Agency and both of the insurance companie(wolverine-auto and Foremost-renters. Every time I had a problem I was told to go through the company, But the company will tell you that you are supposed to go through the agent. I was told that a policy would be canceled in october2025,then again in November from Michel(owner) but I finally got the cancelation because I had to put a stop payment, and then they canceled because they were not getting paid. I just wonder how many other people they are scamming.Also, if you do happen to catch them in the offic(they are rarely there) they will probably have you do the legwork on anything through the company(which made me wonder, what does the agency do for me?), good luck with your crappy customer service. That won't carry you for much longer.

I have used this insurance for many years. Have no issues at all. Best rates I've ever seen. Always helpful when my rates goes up they explain why and was even able to get it lowered by changing my numbers for deductibles.
