(MNGR reply) Yeah i think its too bad that the company thinks its that customers responsibility to have to email a manager, instead of a junky mngr just not nickel and dimeing. And they didn't say 1.00... they said several times, several dollars! That must be the manager they were talking about. I think its great that they waited to make review. Until they knew for sure. They dont want that to happen to other people. Its just too easy these days to shop online, Amazon has dozens of options. They said they wanted to support brick and mortar. Not get chiseled. Lol. They could've emailed you lol. Over a junky scammer.... HIRE BETTER PEOPLE

The staff at Horizen are very knowledgeable and always willing to help, I particularly enjoy working with Matt, Nate, and Antonio. I never feel rushed and always find exactly what I need. Prices are very competitive but anytime I see a difference in price elsewhere the guys here will match or beat it so I don’t have to go anywhere else. Give these guys a try, you’ll be glad you did!

Awesome store! Very clean and organized with fair prices and plenty of discounts. Got a light today and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful in setting up a package based on my cooling, sq footage, and room shape. I'm not the best at making myself clear or knowing exactly what I need but he did a great job.

This place isn’t good...it’s great! I’ve spent well over a month putting together a supply and material list, getting all my needs in order for my indoor grow. It took me the better portion of that time to find a vendor that carries everything, and if they do, pricing always seems to be an issue. I found one store online that seemed to have better prices than even amazon, which alone blew my mind. What blew my mind even more was when I messaged them explaining my situation and they promptly responded, and contacted personnel to let them know. The staff was ready when I arrived, already proactively trying to identify my social media account I messaged them from, and trying hard to find a way to open a line of communication with me. Matt, the stores manager was prepared to take the necessary time and patience to handle my lengthy requests. Not only did Horizen Hydro have everything I needed, they had stuff I didn’t even plan on buying. I only could because the tremendous amount of savings this place gave me. Every time I come to this place the staff, especially Matt and Jay, are Uber friendly, listen, and also give advice. It’s a blessing to have these kind people, operating a business people like me need. They gave me the best prices on the market...I can’t stress that enough THE BEST PRICES ON THE MARKET. Not only did choosing to talk with Matt before making this purchase elsewhere save me a ton of money, it helped me get far more forward in my process than I could ever have gone without them. The manager even helped me load my items in my car, and wished me a farewell, excellent customer service! Thank you again, Matt, Jay, and everyone else at Horizen that made this experience so great. You’ve helped me so much, and you have a loyal lifelong customer for just being yourselves, listening, and most of all having a overall urge to help someone out.

most things competitive prices (will add match on same product ) decent selection and friendly staff. Better off ordering led sets offline though they only carry very high end. They could use a better grow tent/hut selection and microbe set though. Post covid prices have gone up staff is still friendly though.

Awesome environment with very nice and respectful workers.

The prices are amazing for being right down the street and they always have what I need.

I just purchased a clip on fan today and when I got home it was very noisy and the casing was damaged.

I went back in and they tested the fan and new fan for me and exchanged it in 3 minutes!

I got home and put fan back in my set up and it was as quiet as a mouse. Worth the trip back and worth every trip ever!!
