Let me start by telling you all I think this place rents everything. From concrete mixers, lamps, tools and since we're having a party chairs and bar tops. The Staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. There's something there that is waiting for you to rent. Highly recommend.

We have used Hometown Rentals for my daughter's birthdays for a couple years now. They always have the items readily available, as well as someone to load them in my car. There are never any hidden fees, and their prices are competitively on the lower side.

If you want your appliances to not work and to CATCH FIRE, then this place is for you. My husband and I recently had our wedding and we ordered 4 outdoor heaters. During the reception 2 out of the 4 heaters did not work. One even caught on fire! Literally, and we have video, our guests had to quickly jump up and turn off the gas.
It's unfortunate because they were super helpful during the booking and delivery process, but as soon as my husband informed them about what happened they assumed that we didn't know what we were doing. They asked if we turned the gas on first and if we know how to work the heaters, which we own 2 other heaters ourselves so of course we know how to work them. They gave my husband a hard time when he asked for money back for the 2 heaters that did not work. They're response was, "we're only returning the money for the one that caught fire. The other worked when we tried it." So I'm assuming they turned it on and thats it? Which is ridiculous because it would not stay on the whole night. Super unprofessional, they obviously don't care about customer service, and they clearly don't care about customer safety. Never again. I'm making sure to tell everyone that we know who lives in our neighborhood to never rent there.

Great customer service. Tim helped provided the right type of canopies for my business needs. Knowledgeable information on how to assemble and disassemble the canopies. Very helpful staff in loading and unloading equipment. Will use them again in the future. Will recommend them to anyone that needs party rentals.

Good delivery and pick up. The cushions on the 32 Chairs were full of water, had 32 guests with wet bottoms. Need to check properly.
