These professionals have come to our home 3-4 times on health emergencies through the years. Once they were on their way back from a callout and were driving past our home to the station. They saw my elderly husband fall by the mailbox and turned around without being called and administered aid to him. Even though the length of the laceration was short, they had the wisdom that he needed to go to the ER for stitches. They were right.

Today during our world's crisis, they did the right
thing again after a home accident.

They have just the right blend of professionalism, impersonal friendliness, knowledge, skill, and empathy.

Complete lack of empathy and care for victims. Should consider a new line of work that doesn't involve the care of others.
