Do not go to this store. It was the worst service and the manager rose van bury is the worst manager at this location. The store is dirty and unorganized. Bathrooms are filthy and everything is messy. The manager should not be a manager when she is rude to customers and treats people unfairly based on race. My experience was the worst and would never go to the store ever again. The moment we approach the counter the manager started to be racist based on our race. She judges people by the way you look.

Poor service. Mind you- this was the 7th Home Good store called and the ONLY ONE to decline looking for a licensed product. Didn’t even try to assist. The only reason I called was because I was told in store by a home good associate to do so.

This homegoods needs to do better. They allow their employees to hide items, specifically highly sought after items. I witnessed one of their younger female employees hiding ceramics in the wrong departments and soon after announcing that she was off the clock. She then went straight to the location where she hid the items but to her surprise someone else who saw her beat her to it. It’s becoming a hide and seek game. Once it was brought up to the manager on duty she completely dismissed the problem and said “there’s nothing I can do” she carried on to say that for all she knows it could be a customer hiding it. She seemed very bothered and annoyed. Clearly felt like she didn’t try to hear or understand the concern. As customers we are already at a disadvantage because the employees do see things first, don’t make us hunt for items now. Be more professional and cordial.

I felt uncomfortable at this location because of f a simple mistake and i thought it was all in my head it the. I saw a bunch of reviews about people being racially profiled because of being Hispanic and knew it wasn't in my head after all. This home goods needs to be better with this. Such a shame.

My gal cannot get enough of this place store is very well run and has a lot of attractive items that look great in the house if you got no taste you can't go wrong here if you got taste you could do a lot of good it's just that good you can't make a mistake here
