Thanks to I have a tub that isn't plugged anymore and a new shower head too. I know it was so simple job for you, but to me it meant the world. Now I can shower without a leak and the tub will drain

My furnace needs repaired at my cabin and I'm from the lower peninsula. Called 3 weeks before I headed north again to make an appointment for when I would be there and they acted like it wouldn't be a problem. Called again 1 week before heading north and they had to find my paperwork and then acted like it wouldn't be a problem to get to me. Now I'm up north and they are too busy to get to me while I'm here. I'll try hiring someone else next year when I make it north again.

They installed new furnace 2 years ago. All good. Paid significantly more for extended 10 year service warranty. Had 10 year warranty on furnace parts. Had to have furnace serviced annually for Lennox warranty. Annual service is $140.00 which I paid when installed (in addition to the $400.00 10 yr labor) The first year ( August 2021), they came and serviced and I paid another $140.00 for this year. Called September 2022, and was told, " I'll put you on the list". Called a second time 3 weeks later. They were very curt, telling me that they hadn't been in the area. 6 weeks later, still waiting. My next call will be to the Lennox Corporation. I have 3 friends who told me that they had similar experiences and Hoholik's service is horrible.

My furnace quit on a Friday night, he came and diagnosed the problem Saturday morning and the new part was replaced Tuesday (part was ordered on Monday). Hoholiks service men were kind, efficient and thorough. Very fast repair experience.

Called on Friday night @ 8p. Got a call back in less than 30 minutes. Great advice over the phone, tech talked to me for 15 mins with a great, experienced professional. Scheduled a house call for Monday. Guys on time , fixed my generator and charged a fair price. Great service and knowledgeable precessional Tech. Thanks for keeping my cottage warm!

Put in a service call in early November. No response until I called in early December to get any kind of update on timing. The response was “the owners make their own schedules.” No response to a note being left with the owner twice. I found more responsive and prompt services.

Call for an estimate for a new furnace and they tell you they can't do anything for month but post on Facebook daily saying they are looking for work just stupid better off going to delta County
