Amazing people in this Company!! Great loading time. Was here a couple hrs early for appt. Plenty of room to park and sleep for a few. Took us earlier than appt time. Staff was very professional and sweet! First time here, but hopefully not the last.

By far one of the best places to pick up from. My wife and I team drive and picked up 11 pallets of ice cream from here. We checked in at 2 and were on the road by 2:45. They stop loading at 3 pm. They even gave us a couple pints to sample. All in all, a great experience.

Finding the entrance is on the other side of the building. Seen they were Go blue fans, my type of people. I had to give them a pick up number and my driver's license. Unfortunately dispatch did not give me the correct pickup number. I did have a number that correlated with the load I was taking but that's not the one they accept. So I was allowed to park in the gravel area facing south while I contacted them, 2 hours later dispatch still hasn't heard from the customer with the correct pickup number. Because they knew my appointment time was at 10:00 a.m. and I was past that time waiting on the customer and dispatch, they went ahead and gave me a door, loaded me up in 20 minutes. When I went to go get the BOLs they gave me two quarts of ice cream. Couldn't ask for a more polite, understanding, friendly and giving, best college football fans kind of company to go and pick up from. I can't wait to return they were awesome people.

You know what every place is different very good place to pick up if you arrive on time they load you on time otherwise they got plenty space to make you wait but is what it is with me everything when smooth until i was bucking and there where two wheels shocks on my way right side tandems tire i get out and move them out my way so this old man yelling on me on a rude way hey boy!!! Leave them where they where so i explained and he keeps barking like a dog 🐩.that’s why i gave them 4 stars.

Great company came here few hours before my appointment got loaded before my appointment! Very friendly staff ! The shipping and receiving office next to the Four docs , they gave me a sample ice cream 🍦! Thank you !
