Have called multiple times the last 6 months. Everytime I call they tell me how busy service is and they can’t get me in for weeks or months. I have a brand new tractor that needs warranty work done. Finally got the lady to give me a quote and told me she will call me back the next day to schedule the repair… should have known… no call back. Taking my business elsewhere. Tried to help out the local guy.

I would give a zero if I could. My husband has called twice and left his number. Once with the owner and once with owners wife. Both said they would check on a bucket for our tractor. Never got a call back. They will not be getting our business again!

Was looking at a Branson 4520r, upon inspection the tractor has a right rear axle seal leak with 275 hours on the tachometer!!! The PTO spins with the PTO lever disengaged, when questioned about the fixing of said items above the owner became frustrated and walked away!!! Less than impressed and will never return to the business!!!!! Anyone looking here beware and do research on what you’re buying since the owners are very uneducated on their products!!!!!

We couldn't be happier. Rick and Anne not only answered every question we asked (and believe me - there were a lot), they stayed late to help accommodate our work schedule. There were a few items that needed fixing with the tractor we were purchasing, and they worked with us to fix them quickly, and correctly. Rick and Anne were very patient with us, being first-time buyers, and we truly appreciate everything they helped us with. Need farm equipment? Don't hesitate to go to Hodges of Fenton. You won't be disappointed. Best customer service around.

Should’ve checked the reviews before I bought anything from here… Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy here. I was told our tractor was field already got it home and the PTO doesn’t work he gave us the runaround. Be careful first time farmers first time tractor Buyers ! Now he wants to charge us to fix it LOL I understand buying something as is and is used but don’t tell us the tractor is field ready And it isn’t! Paid $18,000 for tractor we can’t even use in the field until we get it fixed. Very poor service wouldn’t even call us back .

I'm a big fan of Hodges. I've bought 2 tractors from them. Rick is great to work with, knowledgeable, and lots of experience in this field. Ann is great too. She goes out of her way to deliver great personable service. I can't say enough good about my experience there.

Talked to them twice on the phone about a tractor. Said no leaks and that had no issues. Drove the 9 hours to find out the machine had 4000+ hours on it than stated. The front Axle had a junk seal that sprayed fluid all over the underneath. He spent 10-15 minutes trying to figure out how to open the hood. (Due to damage not shown in the pics and showing he had no idea what he was selling) had multiple other issues not stated. Was ignorant to deal with from the start. When I brought up the hours and other issues he couldn't look me in the eye but said "it runs good" starts it and walked away.
