I was really excited to have found a company that will do a rubber stamp nearby, instead of buying it online, they were very fast, I went to pick it up, but to my dismay the rubber stamp did not work, the rubber part adheres to the paper and rips it off when I try to stamp anything (see pictures attached), when I contacted the company for a refund, they suggested I rub some baby powder on the sticky rubber, which did not work, so I lost about $20 dlls, plus all the envelopes that this stamp destroyed, do not go here, if I could give zero stars I definitely would, Please save your money and avoid this company, they never followed up with me, and more important they kept my money when they know that their product did not work. I understand that perhaps cutting corners they use cheap materials to do their stamps, or whatever is involved in this process and perhaps sometimes it works sometimes it does not, they should have returned my money because they ruined my envelopes but they did not step to the platter, I would have been happy if they at least would have given me my money back, I would from now on tell anyone that would care to listen that this company is not worth your money.

Fantastic service! I called in before hand with a few product questions. I was looking for stenciling material. The employee who answered the phone was able to provide answers to each of my questions while also modeling excellent professional and courteous skill sets. The material arrived quickly and efficiently packaged. Most definitely will be ordering again. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of customer service, quality of material and overall ease of the purchasing experience. Great job Hitt Marking!

I ordered two custom metal stamps from this company. I was very specific about character height to be .1875" (3/16) and the width on one to be .310" for three characters and .250" for the stamp having 2 characters. The salesman emailed a "proof" which showed only the upper case and font being used which was fine EXCEPT there were no dimensions on the "proof" showing character width and height which were clearly stated in my email to the salesman.
The two stamps arrive, the three character stamp had a character height of .2495" and the two character stamp had a character height if .2540". Neither stamp was anywhere close to the .1875" height that I specified.
When I called the company and spoke with the salesman it became immediately obvious that they were going to do and say anything necessary not to take these things back. first he said that they sent me a proof, I replied that the proof had no dimensions whatsoever and that the dimensions I needed were clearly stated in my email. He then said that they would have to contact their vendor..........what, these people are not even the manufacturer....WOW...,
I asked to speak with a supervisor, when I explained to her that the character heights were .2495" and .2540" and not .1875" as I specified she had no idea what I was even talking about....again,...... WOW, this is a supervisor for a company that claims to manufacture things and she had no idea of decimal increment measuring. She wanted me to use a ruler to measure, like the ruler and your eye is more accurate than a digital indicator............uh, yeah... maybe if the battery was dead in the indicator. At this point I realized this conversation was nothing more than a COMPLETE waste of my time and a waste of my $176.00 which I paid these people.
I need to have many more custom stamps but these people will not get any more of my money.

I don't normally leave reviews, but after my experience dealing with Steve in customer service and others at Hitt Marking, I felt I needed to tell people what a great company Hitt Marking is. Steve was very helpful and patient with us as we had them create artwork for us to be used in several stencils. The stencils turned out absolutely beautiful and the quality was second to none. We purchased ink and rollers as well. The project was a total success and we have found a supplier for life!

I placed an order the other day and made three mistakes!

First, I forgot to order the certificate
Second, I messed up my email address.
Third, I even messed up my phone number!

Your employee, Elvia, is fabulous, She worked tirelessly to get me what I needed, even though I had made it very difficult for her.

After much effort on her part (because of the aforementioned mistakes…) I received what I needed this morning, Thanks so much.

I am sure that you are aware Elvia is a great employee, but I wanted you to hear it from me too.

I purchased 50 name tags/plates for work. The product that I purchased was of great quality, affordable price, and had quick order fulfillment. It's so rare that you can find someone that can meet all three of these components. I am thrilled at the customer experience that I had and would recommend that Hitt Marketing be utilized.

If I could give zero stars I would. From the get go communication was awful, I never received confirmation that my order was finalized, never received a proof, and was never told that my order had shipped.

That would have been one thing, but I ordered the embosser specifically for a wedding - I received the embosser two days before the wedding and the plate was unusable. I called the company to see what they could do. They wouldnt accept a return, they offered me 10% off my purchase and that they would mail out a plate the following week.

When I placed the order, they knew I had an event that I specifically needed it for.

They sent two "proofs" (small sample stamps) along with the embosser - they were crooked as well! So they knew they had messed up, sent it anyway, and then refused to help me.

Awful, I went with the smaller local company and not big corporation, and I hate saying it, but I shouldnt have.

I would not recommend them to anyone for anything. They are not professionals and do not stand behind their work.

I needed a stamp ASAP. I ordered through Hitt Marking, explaining my situation. I ordered and received my order the next day! Hitt Marking saved me. The customer service is great, despite such a small order.
